William A. Dombi, J.D.

President, National Association for Home Care & Hospice


Bill Dombi is the President of the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC). As a key part of his responsibilities, Bill specializes in legal, legislative, and regulatory advocacy on behalf of patients and providers of home health and hospice care. With nearly 40 years of experience in health care law and policy, Bill has been involved in virtually all legislative and regulatory efforts affecting home care and hospice since 1975, including the expansion of the Medicare home health benefit in 1980, the formation of the hospice benefit in 1983, the institution on Medicare PPS for home health in 2000, and the national health care reform legislation in 2010.
In addition to litigation, Bill offers extensive community and professional educational services. He is the Editor and lead author of Home Care & Hospice Law: A Handbook for Executives, the only comprehensive legal treatise on the topic. His lectures include market trends in home care, compliance, risk management, patient rights, fraud and abuse, health care reimbursement, legislative and regulatory reforms, and legal issues in telehealth services.
Jennifer Collins, RN, HCS-D, COS-C

Jennifer Collins, RN, HCS-D, COS-C is an Education Consultant and Coding Specialist for FMS. She has more than 15 years’ experience in hospital, home health, and primary care environments. Her attention to detail, application of policies and regulatory compliance, and effective communication skills have benefited her in a variety of roles from field RN through agency administrator to virtual case manager and coding specialist.

 
J'non Griffin

J’non Griffin is a 26 year veteran of home care as an RN. She received her Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration in 2005. She has experience as a field nurse, director and executive with home health and hospice agencies, both large and small. She has served as Director of Staff Development and Appeals for home health and hospice agencies. She has taken part in mock surveys for agencies, and prepared agencies for accreditation. She has been directly involved in accreditation surveys, acquisitions and many regulatory crises with state survey agencies and the intermediary. J’non has also been a contributor to the Decision Health Publication, The Diagnosis Coding Pro, and Eli’s Newsletter. She has presented several webinars, and has been a national speaker several times on varying subjects.

The company utilizes proactive OASIS analytics to exploit the entirety of PPS system, establish financial predictability, minimize ADR’s & Audit risks, and monitor OASIS outcomes. The company’s remote monitoring services mimic Intermediaries and audit contractor’s activities to quantify your risks and validate the care you deliver.

Anah Kral,CHCPCA

Anah Kral, CHCPCA joined the FMS team in 2010. She has mastered hospice regulatory compliance through her multiple roles in the industry including Regional Vice President, Hospice Administrator and Director of Area Development-Regulatory and Compliance. Anah applies her expertise and knowledge by developing processes, tools and assistance to hospice agencies, helping assure them of regulatory compliance while maintaining the focus on the patient.
Mary DelaRosa, RN

Mary DelaRosa, RN is an Education Consultant for Foundation Management Services with over 26 years of nursing experience and 14 of those years in hospice experience. She has been in hospice since 2008 starting as a Case Manager prior to assuming the role of Educational Consultant. Working closely with Creative Solutions, she has the opportunity to participate in patient chart audits of hospice agencies as well as becoming an industry expert in hospice regulations.
Catherine Dehlin, RN, BSN, CHPN, CHCM

Catherine Dehlin, RN, BSN, CHPN, CHCM is Fazzi’s Hospice Leader. A national leader in home and hospice, Catherine has over 20 years of experience in home health and hospice settings as an RN with advancing levels of leadership, including start-up and growth of her own hospice in Southeastern Louisiana.  Her certification and specialty are in hospice operations, both clinical and financial, having received several awards and recognitions for management and operational efficiency and excellence through the years. 
Giovanna Rossi

Giovanna is the President and Owner of Collective Action Strategies, LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to improving the health and lives of women and families through policy and leadership development. Giovanna holds a Master of Science degree in Public Policy from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies from the University of New Mexico. Giovanna is passionate about improving the health and lives of women and families through work-life balance policy, economic self-sufficiency and health for women, making sure all children are supported and thriving, and addressing gender inequities in programs, policies, and services. Giovanna is the Founder of Well Woman Life, which supports women to achieve their highest level of fulfillment and well-being. She is also the founder the Family Friendly Business Award and director of Family Friendly New Mexico. Giovanna is host of The Well Woman show, a radio show on NPR affiliate KUNM 89.9 FM and a podcast on iTunes.
