Hospice Session Description: During the workshop series, Palmetto GBA will provide information related to the most common errors identified through a variety of data analysis and some hints and tips on the reasons why these errors occur. This session will include: Discuss average Length of Stay (LOS); Discuss Non-Cancer Length of Stay (NCLOS); Discuss PEPPER data; Discuss Medical Review errors; Discuss the types of live discharges; Discuss utilization data for live discharges; Discuss regulatory aspects of the plan of care (POC); Discuss Office of Inspector General (OIG) findings.
